The Changist has been very busy working with Wet and High Training designing and delivering this great qualification to professionals working with Apprentices. Increasing the skills of Independent Assessors who want to be able to develop their skills and support Apprentices within their own organisation or to become Independent Assessors for EPAO’s. Our Lead Trainer Carol Pearce is an Independent End Point Assessor for Skills for Justice and is able to share her experience with delegates on this very practical course.
